Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Project Lead 1 to manage mobile automation testing efforts for retail/mobile apps. You will design, implement, and oversee automation frameworks using Appium, XCUITest, Espresso, and device farms, while coordinating across distributed teams in an Agile environment.

You will lead SDLC adherence, stakeholder communications, and budget considerations to ensure on-time, quality delivery. Relocation/travel may be required for client locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise mobile automation test frameworks.
• Experience defining mobile functional test automation for iOS and Android.
• Experience architecting automation solutions using Appium, XCUITest, and Espresso.
• Experience designing device testing strategies using real devices and cloud device farms.
• Experience reviewing framework architecture, automation scalability, and code quality.
• Experience with Java and Charles Proxy.
• Experience supporting retail mobile applications.
• Experience with Mobile DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience leading automation implementation across distributed teams.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs
• Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Deliver innovative solutions and balance project economics with strategic priorities

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
