Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Technology Program Manager in New York to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs. This role partners with Engineering and Technology leadership teams to ensure effective execution and program management across various initiatives, including software development and cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science. iCapital offers a base salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package, including equity and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex technology programs.
• Define scope, roadmap, milestones with Engineering teams.
• Establish governance, reporting, and risk management practices.
