BTIG is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead high-impact technology projects in a financial services environment in New York. You will manage multiple initiatives, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and deliver executive-level project health reports.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of large-scale project leadership, strong Agile/Waterfall experience, and expertise with Microsoft 365, Power BI, JIRA/Confluence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience leading large-scale technology and operations projects in financial services.
• 5+ years’ Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of front, middle, and back-office financial operations and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex technology projects from planning through production.
• Align business, technology, and vendor teams around priorities and decisions.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budgets, risk, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain portfolio-level visibility with dashboards and executive summaries.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft 365, including Power Platform tools for collaboration and reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring technology solutions align with business and technical standards.
• Drive process improvement, reporting, and project documentation.
