Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in digital product management, system administration, or IT project management.
• Two (2) years leading a major technology product, system, or project with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present product, service, and technology strategies aligned with department goals.
• Translate goals into backlogs, delivery schedules, and release communications.
• Maintain an enterprise portfolio view with executive status reporting on budget and risk.
• Lead discovery, scope, and end‑to‑end delivery of digital products and services.
• Establish user‑centered, data‑informed practices and monitor performance.
