Job summary

The role focuses on transparent prioritization and resource allocation, and on designing and leading an AI-enabled intake and work management capability to simplify how business partners request services, while fostering innovation and impact.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience leading technology portfolios, enterprise delivery functions, or large-scale technology transformation across complex organizations.
• Deep expertise in enterprise portfolio management, resource planning, program and project delivery, and agile or product-based operating models.
• Proven ability to apply AI, automation, and modern technology platforms to improve business processes and delivery effectiveness.
