You will work on cutting-edge technologies for top-tier clients, with opportunities to learn from leading practitioners and take on meaningful responsibility from day one. You should have a CS or EE background, experience with software, web apps, and AI integrations, at least 1 year of patent prosecution, and strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with software, web applications and AI integrations.
• At least 1 year of patent prosecution experience preferred.
• Excellent writing skills and strong academic credentials.
• USPTO registration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Draft patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures.
• Correspond with patent office about pending patent applications.
• Advise patent litigation teams based on your technical and scientific area of expertise.
• Interview inventors about new ideas.
