Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area with 4 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Enable & define the path for future launches.
• Lead cross-functional launch readiness and performance-improvement mechanisms.
• Define requirements across services by assessing requirements and identify risks to ensure successful project completion.
• Manage and monitor program budgets, providing accurate financial inputs for business cases and operating plans.
• Oversee program progress against milestones, leading cross-functional meetings to address schedule, risks, and dependencies.
• Define integrated plans aligned with business priorities, establishing charters and performance baselines.
• Build consensus among stakeholders through clear, concise communication and influence decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into technology strategies and initiatives, driving execution and delivering measurable value.
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating program effectiveness and recommending efficiency enhancements.
