This role supports performance measurement and optimization of technology services for internal and external clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders, tech, and analytics teams to ensure effective service delivery, primarily working with the SVP on data reporting and solutions.

As part of the Technology Operations Team, you will help enable measurable, predictable, and improved technology delivery by working with stakeholders, tech teams, and vendors to evolve measures, analyze results, optimize performance, and improve processes.

Essential Job Functions

• Design and maintain reports to monitor performance, identify improvements, and track progress on initiatives and goals.
• Verify dashboards are accurate and current to support timely decision-making regarding work status and KPIs/SLAs.
• Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks to monitor and enhance technology operations and SLAs, collaborating with stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to align measures with business objectives and ensure technology services meet needs.
• Enhance and analyze performance measures to identify process improvements, collaborating with governance and tooling teams.
• Ensure data reporting accuracy through documentation and validation of test cases and report outputs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of industry experience, with at least 1+ years in a senior or equivalent role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service frameworks.
• Experience with business measurement frameworks like Balanced Scorecard or OKRs.
• Project management skills for reporting initiatives across systems.
• Familiarity with business architecture, performance management, and business case development.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, Azure DevOps, and programming languages like Python or R (preferred).
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder and vendor communication.
