Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technology operations, IT support, or systems administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based applications.
• Working knowledge of networking and endpoint management.
• Experience with Toast, Restaurant365 (R365), or similar restaurant technology is highly preferred.
• Hospitality or multi-location business experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

• Support technology across multiple restaurant concepts and locations
• Maintain and troubleshoot Toast POS, Restaurant365 (R365), Microsoft 5.6. Go to track the item. Using the code and known data.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in technology operations, IT support, or systems administration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
