Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3+ years of Information Security, Technology Operations, or IAM-related experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 2+ years of experience in identity and access management, including one or more of the following:
- Access provisioning or request fulfillment
- De-provisioning
- Access certification or review support
- Authorization or authentication support
Desired Skills & Experience
- Hands-on or operational experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI) and how they apply to access controls.
- Experience working in a queue-based, ticket-driven support environment.
- Ability to follow standardized procedures while identifying when escalation is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Foundational understanding of authentication and identity standards such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
- Willingness and ability to adapt to changing responsibilities across IAM operational functions.
