Job Description

Technology Modernization - Client Relationship Executive - NetSuite

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be a core member of our national sales team, responsible for building our client base across assigned industries and regions. You will also expand relationships with key alliance vendors including NetSuite, Oracle, Workday, and OneStream. We seek an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven ability to initiate and leverage relationships with senior decision-makers in a complex sales environment. This is a "hunter" role, requiring prospecting, qualifying, and relationship-building skills at the executive level.

Your day-to-day may include:
  • The applicant MUST have a strong record of success in Consulting and/or Professional services sales
  • Success selling ERP, HCM, SCM, and/or EPM/CPM related services to enterprise clients with revenues from $300 million to Fortune 1000 companies
  • Well networked within the Oracle / NetSuite ecosystem
  • Lead Generation - sourcing, identifying, and qualifying leads
  • Articulating how current technologies address business challenges
  • Solution-based selling at the CXO, EVP, SVP levels in large and mid-sized corporations
  • Knowledge of multiple industries
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team collaboration and self-motivation
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Proficiency with software tools (Siebel, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Technical skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Experience selling Infor related services
  • Ability to connect with regional clients
  • Relationships with Oracle / NetSuite sales teams
  • Minimum ten years of senior sales experience in B2B or service industries
  • Ability to develop long-term client relationships
  • Strong marketing strategy skills
  • Experience identifying new business opportunities
  • High integrity and honest communication
  • Willingness to travel; eligibility to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong business acumen
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Flexible, adaptable, proactive
  • Prior consulting or internal consulting experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems (MS Dynamics)

The base salary range for this position in Islin, NJ; Minneapolis, WI; and Hartford, CT offices is $187,000 - $312,000.
