Job summary

Oregon State University (OSU) Advantage is seeking two part‑time Technology Marketing Student Interns to develop, maintain, and improve marketing materials for OSU technologies available for licensing. Work will involve translating technical innovations into accessible marketing content under guidance from licensing managers.

You will help maintain technology listings, support outreach to prospective licensees, and assist in evaluating the OSU portfolio for marketing needs.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand, learn, and communicate technical, scientific, or business information.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
• Proficiency with productivity software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and maintain non-confidential technology marketing materials.
• Collaborate with inventors and licensing managers to ensure accuracy and appropriate disclosure.
• Update and manage OSU Advantage marketing listings and channels.
• Support outreach to prospective licensees and research market opportunities.
