Job summary

Strong Tower Consulting seeks a Technology Manager to lead the technical execution from pilot to deployment, translating operational bottlenecks into scalable solutions. You will drive product design, system architecture, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to improve feature offerings and operational efficiency.

You will guide end-to-end lifecycle planning and deployments, leveraging data-driven analysis and architecture knowledge to minimize risk

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review PRDs to validate customer/partner and internal needs.

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle for internal tools or products, coordinating stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to develop products and tools.
• Explore alternatives, use analytics to assess impact, and apply design principles.
