A leading professional services firm is seeking a Counsel for Technology and Managed Services. In this role, you will provide legal support for technology services and products, emphasizing negotiation and legal advice on complex agreements. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of transactional experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a Juris Doctor degree. Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant complex services and technology-related transactional experience.
• Experience negotiating across from client’s internal counsel and outside law firms.
• Ability to assess and negotiate terms for new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and updating client facing Technology & Managed Services Agreements.
• Advising on legal risks associated with Managed Services Agreements.
• Collaborating closely with US GCO and local counsel.

Skills

Drafting and negotiation of Technology & Managed Services Agreements

Experience in data privacy and intellectual property law

Excellent communication skills

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

Membership in a State Bar
