As we continue to grow our leadership and expand our impact on the Private Equity (PE) sector, we are seeking talented and highly skilled consultants to join our team. You will be working closely with Alysian Partners, PE operating partners, and the CIOs/IT leadership teams at portfolio companies to execute transformative IT-enabled value creation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and leading projects for clients, from scoping the work to day-to-day execution to ensure successful delivery of client requirements managing content, client relationships, work planning and team
• Understanding client needs, and generating tailored recommendations and actionable next steps to drive value quickly
• Effectively managing different work streams and proactively resolving discrete issues and/or drive consensus
• Developing and supporting the implementation of our clients' technology strategy in alignment with their business goals
• Developing and managing the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources for our clients
• Identifying and mitigating technology- and program-related risks to our clients' businesses
• Supporting the management of relationships with our clients' external technology vendors and service providers
• Providing quality assurance control for our clients’ external technology vendors and service providers
• Synthesizing and communicating information and insights to the entire team – from consultant to CEO. Deliver audience-right high-quality presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in leading management consulting firms
• Experience in core technology transformations (e.g., IT carve-out, technology-led operating model transformations such as ERP), from strategy to delivery / implementation phase
• Experience in private equity environment highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to join a rapidly growing start-up
• Ability to work in a high intensity environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in the organization
• Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Based in the Netherlands/Germany/Netherlands/Poland/Hungary/UK or Spain

Candidate must be eligible to work in Europe.
