Qualifications

• Two to five years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong drafting skills with accuracy of facts and persuasive argumentation.
• Experience supporting litigation across multiple stages including pre-litigation, pleadings, briefing and witness prep.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop litigation strategy and draft substantive pleadings for matters worldwide.
• Guide clients through regulatory investigations by international authorities and draft submissions.
• Advise on risk assessments for new products, policies, and business structures.
• Analyze reports of unlawful social media posts or moderation of user accounts.
• Draft client advice, regulatory submissions and other written advocacy.
• Salary Range: US$235,000 - 390,000
