Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

• 2+ years testing SOA and web services with SOAP/REST and tools like SOAPUI.
• 1+ year working with Oracle or DB2 databases with SQL proficiency.
• 1+ year in design and development of test automation using Java/JavaScript.
• 2+ years in automation tools – Selenium or Calisa or JMeter.
• 2+ years in performance and integration testing of end-to-end scenarios.
• 2+ years in defect management and bug tracking systems (JIRA preferred).
• 1+ year in Windows/Linux and WebLogic/JBoss/Tomcat servers.

Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred

• At least 3 years of experience in full test life cycle covering test strategy, test planning, test case creation, test execution, defect management and reporting.
• At least 2 years of experience in testing SOA and web services applications with proficiency in SOAP, REST with tools like SOAPUI.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Oracle or DB2 databases with proficiency in SQL.
• At least 1 year of experience in design and development of test automation using Java / JavaScript.
• At least 2 years of experience in automation tools – Selenium or CAlisa, or Jmeter.
• At least 2 years of experience in performance and integration testing validating end-to-end scenarios.
• At least 2 years of experience in stubbing and service virtualization.
• At least 2 years of experience in defect management and bug tracking systems managing entire defect lifecycle.
• At least 1 year of experience in bug tracking systems like JIRA or Bugzilla is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in one of the operating systems such as Linux or Windows.
• At least 1 year of experience in web/application servers such as Weblogic, JBoss or Tomcat.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 2 years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• At least 1 year of experience and ability to drive an independent project/module from an execution standpoint.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and client interfacing skills.
