Qualifications Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies.

Preferred

• Atleast 4 years of experience in Java/J2EE Projects.
• Atleast 2 years of experience in HTML5, CSS3 and Angular JS/Node JS technology
• Analytical abilities and problem solving skills
• Requirement gathering, analysis and design
• Good communication skills, to coordinate with the onsite
• Atleast 2 years experience in managing small teams in providing guidance in technical assistance, work allocation and take delivery bottom line
• Quality awareness and implementing best practices in the team
• Ensure that the team is fully functional & productive
• Enable close co-operation across all roles & functions
• Should possess good client interfacing skills and analytical skills.
• Experience to Telecom domain
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
