A leading consulting company is seeking a Technology Lead specializing in Mainframe technologies. This full-time position requires at least 5 years of experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL, and DB2, along with strong problem-solving skills and teamwork in diverse environments. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; or three years of progressive experience.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in Mainframe Technologies (COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2).
• At least 5 years handling reports in Mainframe.
• At least 3 years writing queries in RDBMS like DB2, Oracle.
• At least 1 year in Middleware Technologies/tools (MQ, PI, DataPower).
• At least 2 years in CICS Web services and Power Builder.
• At least 1 year with Mainframe debugging tools (IBM Debug Tool, Xpeditor).
• At least 1 year in design, code, test, and document deliverables.
• Knowledge of Customer Service information systems for Utility Industry.
• Ability to work in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience in Electric Utility domain.
• Experience in Global delivery environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

• At least 5 years of experience in Mainframe Technologies (COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2)
• At least 5 years of experience in handling reports and file systems in Mainframe
• At least 3 years of experience in writing queries in RDBMS like DB2, Oracle
• At least 1 year of experience in Middleware Technologies/tools (MQ, PI, DataPower etc)
• At least 2 years of experience in CICS Web services and Power Builder.
• At least 1 year of experience in Mainframe based debugging tools like IBM Debug Tool, Xpeditor etc
• At least 1 year of experience in Design, code, test and clearly document all the deliverables
• Knowledge of Customer Service information system for Utility Industry in the areas of Account management, Billing, Credit, Collections
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
