Technology Lead– Java/J2EE/Spring/PL SQL (Manufacturing Domain)

We are seeking a Technology Lead with experience in Java/J2EE/Spring/PL SQL in the Manufacturing Domain.

Role Details:
Duration: Full Time
Location: Tukwila, WA

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years hands-on Software Development experience in Java/J2EE platform
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Database design, PL/SQL
  • Experience working in Java frameworks: Spring MVC, Struts
  • Knowledge on at least one Relational Databases and ORM technologies
  • Good working knowledge of OO concepts, Design Patterns, UML
  • Experience in designing and developing web applications, performing technical analysis and recommending solutions
  • Experience with application performance tuning, debugging and troubleshooting
  • Experience with continuous integration and build tools such as GIT, Ant, Maven, Jenkins, etc
  • Experience with Red hat Linux, Windows operating systems
  • Experience in working in Agile and Iterative Development Methodologies
  • Experience in working with Geo-diversified teams
  • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills, Customer Interfacing Skills and Documentation Skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audience
  • Develop technical proof of concept (POC) to validate proposed solution and reduce technical risk
  • Participate & drive requirements discussion with end-users/customers
  • Review and provide inputs for data modeling and designs
  • Support server migration, software version upgrade activities
  • Guide the development team

  • Develop UI wireframes
  • Design and Development of system
  • Create Test Plans
  • Perform Functional Testing including regression testing
