Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; experience in manufacturing or technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency with advanced analytical and problem-solving tools.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Demonstrated strengths in analytical thinking, initiative, collaboration, and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Support advanced loss analysis and develop dashboards and data models for site performance.
• Execute loss elimination strategies and validate root causes to meet OGSM targets.
• Contribute to factory improvement initiatives aligning with global standards.
• Collaborate with OEMs on design improvements and engineering changes.
• Develop and implement low-complexity, cost-effective technical solutions.
• Identify and support productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enable Knowledge Transfer Packages and define KPIs to monitor performance.
• Support maintenance of manufacturing standards and build capability in IM tools.
