Job summary
Digital Forms is hiring a Technology Lead to steer day-to-day technical ownership for a 15-person Poland-based team spanning backend, frontend, AI/ML and data squads. You’ll report to the part‑time/fractional CIO and act as the primary technical contact for senior client stakeholders in a US‑based project environment.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with leadership experience in multiple squads.
- Experience leading distributed/offshore teams, client-facing delivery.
- Full-stack with AWS serverless, Python, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular).
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day technical efforts across backend, frontend, AI/ML, data, QA and DevOps.
- Maintain engineering quality, code review standards, and technical debt on AWS serverless stack.
- Ensure architectural coherence and flag strategic changes to CIO.
- Plan sprint delivery, estimate work, manage cross-squad dependencies.
- Serve as primary technical contact for senior client stakeholders.
- Support hiring and growth of the Poland-based team over 12–18 months.
