Job summary

ACI Worldwide invites Georgia-based students to join its Technology Internship Program in Norcross, GA this summer, gaining hands-on experience building and supporting software and infrastructure powering digital payments worldwide.

You’ll work within an Agile team across Software Engineering, QA, SRE, DevOps, and Platform Engineering, contributing to real projects, learning cloud technology, automation, and modern software practices under experienced mentors.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, CSE, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related field.
• Completed at least 2 years of relevant coursework
• Expected graduation within 1-2 years
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively on a team while taking initiative independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, testing, and delivery of software solutions
• Assist in building, automating, and maintaining cloud-based applications and platforms
• Support quality assurance efforts through test planning, execution, and defect analysis
• Learn DevOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and monitoring
• Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineers to improve application reliability, scalability, and performance
• Contribute to platform engineering initiatives that enhance developer productivity and operational excellence
• Troubleshoot and help resolve technical issues
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Learn and apply software development and engineering best practices

What You'll Do
