Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure successful client integrations
• Lead technical discovery sessions to define solution use cases and requirements
• Serve as a technical point-of-contact throughout the integration process
• Troubleshoot integration issues, including reviewing client and internal code bases
• Educate stakeholders on product features, API functionalities, and industry standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficient understanding of programming languages and development environments
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience integrating with Web APIs or supporting software integrations
• Familiarity with payment systems, e-commerce, or point-of-sale technologies
• Prior experience with Epic Systems or healthcare interoperability standards
