  • Provide hands-on technical support during system installations
  • Assist with troubleshooting installation issues and coordinate with engineering and technical support teams when needed
  • Provide customers with basic training on system operation and maintenance
  • Maintain project documentation, site survey reports, schedules, punch lists, and installation completion reports
  • Coordinate project closeout and confirm installations are ready for commissioning
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in field installation, deployment coordination, construction coordination, project management, field service, or a related technical environment
  • Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, or field service providers
  • Experience managing multiple projects, installations, or customer locations

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, site plans, layouts, and installation specifications
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and make decisions in the field
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic project tracking tools
Helpful Experience

Experience in any of the following areas would be a plus:
