Job summary

The American Academy of Neurology in Minneapolis, MN invites a Senior Manager to design and deliver enterprise technology solutions across a hybrid infrastructure, enterprise networking, collaboration platforms, cybersecurity, and end-user support.

You’ll oversee servers, storage, network, wireless, AV, helpdesk, and security operations, handling complex technical challenges for a meeting-intensive organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive responsibility in medium to large IS departments.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience; leadership of program or project teams acceptable.
• Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory; cloud platforms.
• Experience operating enterprise networking and security platforms (firewalls, VPNs, switching, wireless).
• ITIL, Azure, Cisco, or security certifications preferred.
• Experience with VMware or Nutanix HCI platforms; CrowdStrike endpoint security preferred.
• Experience with Cisco email security and Meraki wireless; Zoom meetings/webinars in hybrid environments preferred.
