Job summary

Suburban Enterprises is seeking a Technology Foreman to lead the installation and coordination of low voltage systems, including access control, CCTV, and fire alarms. You will supervise a small crew, ensure code-compliant workmanship, manage materials, and drive project efficiency to meet schedule and budget.

Your background should include at least five years in low voltage, a valid driver’s license, and relevant safety certifications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of five years’ experience with low voltage systems (access control, CCTV, fire alarms, structured cabling).
Ability to lead a small crew (2–5 technicians/electricians).
Valid driver’s license required.
CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain shortly after start date.
NFPA70E training.
OSHA 30 certification.
ARC Flash training.

Responsibilities

Install electrical equipment and materials per project requirements, NEC, and local authorities; ensure quality workmanship.
Manage internal and external customer contact; respond promptly with a can-do attitude.
Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
Complete projects within budget, on time, and safely.
Promote safety and accident prevention through training and continuous improvement.
