Job summary

TruStage seeks an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to analyze and interpret past and forecast future business performance for the Technology EI&T division. You’ll build complex models (NPV/IRR/DCF) and present findings to leadership.

You will forecast financial results, collaborate with clients, and guide strategic initiatives with finance insights. You will influence senior leaders, develop actionable reports, and drive efficient use of resources while partnering with teams to support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
MBA and/or professional financial certification preferred.
8+ years' experience in a finance or accounting position.
Proficient with Financial Reporting tools and MS Office.
Experience with Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and OfficeConnect is preferred.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive financial management support to a specific client set.
Develop and interpret complex modeling (NPV, IRR, DCF).
Lead forecasting for planning, budgeting and decision-making.
Influence customer decisions and communicate financial concepts to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Finance to provide accounting guidance to customers.
Identify and implement process improvements to support strategic initiatives.
