General Manager
The Technology and Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting simulators and systems to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role oversees the facilities team to maintain a high-functioning venue environment, managing technology challenges, vendor partnerships, and facility operations. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Director of Technology, this role ensures the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all venue technology and infrastructure.
In addition to technical oversight, the manager maintains the venue's overall functionality by supporting facility operations, including lighting, general maintenance, and other systems. The role requires proactive problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. By combining technical expertise with facility management, the manager contributes to the venue's success and high-quality guest experience.
Team members must perform duties in the venue, including sitting, talking via video conferencing, hearing, manipulating objects, lifting up to 50 pounds, working in varying environments, standing, walking, and frequent hand washing. Ability to communicate effectively and use handheld and desktop devices is essential.
