This position offers a salary range of $115,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. Your actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.

About the Role

Antea Group USA is seeking a Technology Industry Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) Consultant to assist with client relationship development within the semiconductor, electronic components, hardware, or broader technology industry.

The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of strategic EHS&S experience in the technology hardware industry and work well in collaborative environments.

Work Location

This position is remote. If located near an Antea Group office, a hybrid work model is available. The role requires travel up to 20% and the candidate should be within 45 minutes of an airport in the continental US.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to pursue new business opportunities and grow revenue.
• Manage client accounts and deliver consulting services.
• Drive innovation to meet client needs and differentiate the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build the business and lead technical teams.
• Support clients with strategic EHS&S planning and compliance.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and marketing materials.
• Mentor team members and support team growth.
• Conduct health and safety audits, understanding OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Develop and implement EHS or Sustainability programs for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with at least five in the semiconductor or electronic technology equipment industry.
• Experience in client relationship development within the industry.
• Ability to advise on risks and design EHS programs.
• Knowledge of supply chain and contractor EHS issues.
• Understanding of electrical safety and NFPA 70e is a plus.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA VPP).
• Experience with e-learning development and safety training is beneficial.
• Certifications such as ASP, CSP, CIH, or ARM are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Office 365.
• Ability to pass background checks, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a good driving record.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Additional Information

Focus on safety in all operations is essential. The physical requirements include sedentary to light work, standing, sitting, walking, occasional lifting, and operating a vehicle.
