Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, insurance or fintech.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and Product Management.

• Broad and in-depth expertise across multiple technologies.
• Understanding of AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, etc.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all products and technology decisions related to AI adoption and features.
• Interacts with client senior technical staff to set account/portfolio technical directions.
• Defines product metrics and sets technical quality targets for complex client projects.
• Finds and proposes efficiencies in project plans and roadmaps.
• Oversees technical dependencies, risks and critical paths within the portfolio.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and inspirational hands-on AI Leader with product and technical background having excellent qualifications to help design and build top notch financial technology. You will define and implement a strategic vision, optimize the software development lifecycle, and deploy AI-driven innovations across the whole platform. Work in a fast-paced environment, to deliver world class platform that delight our customers and help grow the business. You are expected to be hands on and in the details in all phases of development including planning, execution, and release. You strive for the best customer experience, are passionate about building great software, and care deeply about building and strengthening a great engineer team and culture.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all products and technology decisions in relation to AI adoption and features
• Interacts with the client senior technical staff to set the account / portfolio technical directions
• Together with the client, defines product metrics and sets technical quality targets for multiple or complex client projects, and makes sure our teams deliver to it
• Finds and proposes efficiencies in the project plans
• Creates, publishes, maintains, and executes on multi-year technology roadmap for the client and/or the portfolio
• Oversees the account/portfolio technical dependencies, risks and critical paths
• Shepherds best practices and processes within the account
• Act as a coach to senior engineering teams
• Collaboration with delivery, sales, account management and technology leaders at both new and existing customers to drive new logos and influence revenue

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, insurance or fintech
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and Product Management
• Technology Management, Technology Consulting, or CTO/CPO background
• Broad and in-depth expertise across multiple technologies supported by prior experience
• Understanding of modern technology trends and technology itself (ex. AI, Data Science, Machine Learning etc.)

Required Skills

• Product oriented mindset and experience of Products/Features ideation, through execution till launch
• Experience working with or delivering AI-enabled solutions, including:
• AI agents and automation within software development workflows
• Applying AI to enhance SaaS solutions and platforms
• Proven ability to support teams adopting AI tools and practices, ensuring responsible, secure, and effective implementation
• Understanding of how AI impacts software architecture, delivery cadence, and operational models
