  4. Proactively review OMS for new projects with potential for product design-in, collaborating with technical and business development resources.
  5. Maintain project information in CAM, update activities, and ensure design registrations are applied for. When assigned to projects, seek total solutions by engaging other technical resources and suppliers as needed.
  6. Focus on technical demand creation, maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers through regular design reviews and updates.
  7. Provide technical support to sales and business development teams, with collaboration on BOM cross-referencing and simple technical inquiries.
  8. Update sales teams on new products and applications, conduct product training with local suppliers, and understand key technologies and applications.
  9. Prioritize projects using commercial/business acumen to maximize design conversions and sales revenue.
  10. Work with CAM to identify and evaluate new design opportunities and potential customers, developing strategies independently and with the sales team.
  11. Utilize internal tools such as iPads, CAM, Express, BI, OMS, and TTI's website for planning and customer visits.
  12. Understand supplier design registration programs, cost discounts, and market conditions, maintaining regional awareness of industry trends and competitor activities.
