Resolves problems by analyzing issues, proposing corrective actions, providing tactical direction, and reallocating resources.
Communicates activity statuses with technology teams, peers, management, and end-users.
Provides coaching and feedback to associates, including assessing performance and providing direction on work.
Reviews operational processes and implements changes when needed.
Works with leadership to align technology resources to projects and workstreams.
Builds relationships with stakeholders and operational groups to identify and resolve business issues.
