Job description

Technology Delivery Lead Manager (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Technology Delivery Lead Manager in Philadelphia, PA, and the job duties are as follows:

  1. Create BI reporting solutions that transform data into thoughtful insights through interactive reports, dashboards, and self-service reporting capabilities.
  2. Design, develop and maintain scalable and efficient data warehouse architectures that support the storage and retrieval of large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of data engineers, analysts, and developers to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  4. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, data quality issues, and scalability challenges.
  5. Planning and coordination of new projects, conducting weekly review and reporting, interacting with Dev/QA and architecture team.
  6. Prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively to deliver maximum business value within time and budget constraints.
  7. Act as a liaison between the data warehousing & BI team and key stakeholders across the organization.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics.
  9. Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and security protocols in data management during Software Development Life Cycle.
  10. Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to team members to foster continuous learning and professional growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of experience in the IT consulting industry. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the IT consulting industry. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  1. Applying data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics to extract, model, and design business intelligence reports;
  2. Utilizing data warehouse platforms including Google BigQuery or Teradata and BI tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker;
  3. Utilizing SQL in relational databases, including SQL Server, Teradata, Google BQ, and Oracle;
  4. Utilizing data modeling, ETL development, and data integration techniques;
  5. Managing and providing mentorship to technology delivery teams and leading the teams’ technical discussions;
  6. Utilizing GITHUB, Azure DevOps and Agile Methodologies; and
  7. Managing health payer operations and analytics.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
