Job summary

PwC is seeking a Corporate Deals Technology Manager to guide multi-workstream efforts that align technology investments with client business priorities. You will lead teams, coach associates, and drive planning, budgeting, and execution across engagements.

In this role, you’ll apply platform-architecture thinking, cost and value management, and clear stakeholder communication to deliver measurable outcomes for corporate deals technology initiatives. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading corporate deals technology workstreams focused on IT cost and value management.
• Managing client engagements by planning activities, prioritizing deliverables, and tracking timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Analyzing technology spending, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Developing budget, forecast, and performance metric views to evaluate technology value and spending trends.
• Applying analytical thinking to assess business impact, cost control, profitability, and vendor spending patterns.
• Directing team members through coaching, feedback, and performance support to strengthen delivery.
• Using digital tooling and AI fluency to streamline analysis, reporting, and scenario evaluation.
• Building client relationships that support value-focused technology decisions and clear communication of tradeoffs.
• Validating that technology solutions align with business priorities and deliver measurable value.
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational performance, service delivery, and technology resource allocation.
