• Managing client engagements by planning activities, prioritizing deliverables, and tracking timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Analyzing technology spending, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Developing budget, forecast, and performance metric views to evaluate technology value and spending trends.
• Applying analytical thinking to assess business impact, cost control, profitability, and vendor spending patterns.
• Directing team members through coaching, feedback, and performance support to strengthen delivery.
• Using digital tooling and AI fluency to streamline analysis, reporting, and scenario evaluation.
• Building client relationships that support value-focused technology decisions and clear communication of tradeoffs.
• Validating that technology solutions align with business priorities and deliver measurable value.
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational performance, service delivery, and technology resource allocation.
