Qualifications

• Deep expertise in technology risk management, technology audit, IT controls testing, information security.
• Experience managing people, coaching, and reviewing work of others, including consultants.
• Proven ability to design, execute, and mature a risk-based control testing program.
• Strong knowledge of controls across encryption, logging, dev lifecycle, IAM, vulnerability, and resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and execute a risk-based annual control testing plan for products and platforms.
• Lead and develop direct reports, set objectives, and review testing work for quality.
• Perform hands-on, end-to-end technology control testing across complex environments.
• Differentiate product-owned versus platform-owned controls in testing scope.
• Incorporate regulatory data-residency requirements into test planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain clear test scripts for TOD and TOE with documentation standards.
• Communicate results, gaps, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate testing and explore AI-enabled approaches.
