Essential functions of the role:
Information Security Compliance& Program Development
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s Information Security Program and applicable financial services regulations (e.g., FFIEC, GLBA, NIST, PCI-DSS).
- Develop and mature policies, standards, and procedures that support secure dataexchange, third-party integrations, and API-driven products.
- Create monitoring and reporting mechanisms to proactivelyidentifygaps across partner ecosystems, shared-responsibility models, and internal platforms.
- Establish governance practices that strengthen oversight of FinTech,EmbeddedBanking, and Corerelationships, protection of confidential information andsecure system assignments.
Incidentand Problem Management Program
- Design, execute,support,advise, scaletheIncident& Problem Managementprogram to support evolving products, partners, and integrations.
- Ensure consistent service quality by efficiently logging, categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents.
- Workdirectlywith IT and security teams to respond to cybersecurity threats and mitigate potential impacts.
- Build analytical tools toidentifytrends, recurring issues, and improvementopportunities across both internal and partner environments.
Business ContinuityManagement
- Executeand maturethe bank’s Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery strategyforthe enterpriseto ensure thatservices can continue or be quickly restored during major disruptions.
- Ensure that continuity plans align with regulatory requirements andindustrybest practices.
- Design and leadscenario-basedrelative and meaningfultestingand BCP/DR exercises targetedto support the enterprise business processes.
- Developevaluation frameworks to ensureEmbeddedpartnerresiliency meets contractual,operational, and regulatory expectations.
- Review, research, and approve standard changes.
- Evaluate potential risks associated with change requests and ensure compliance with security best practices.
- Lead coordination of changes beingbrought to Core Change Control (CAB)
- Prepare agenda,coordinateandfacilitateChange Advisory Board meetings.
- Review outcomes of implemented changes,ensuresuccess, documentation of lessons learned, and presents toChangeAdvisory Board.
- Lead and mature the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process and buildcontinuous improvementfeedback loops.
Communication, GovernanceandLeadership
- Serve as a subject matter expertonpending and relevant laws, regulations, and guidancerelated tothe Financial Industry.
- MatureInformation Technologypolicies,procedures, and programsto reflect new or evolving regulatory expectations.
- Interact with Emprise employees, other banks,Embeddedpartners,and vendors to strengthen relationships, buildnetworksand share best practices.
- Effectively communicates in a variety of settings, adjusts to fit the audience and message.
- Coordinate internal and external Information Technology audits, as well as the coordination of Regulatory Exams for the Bank. (Safety and Soundness, Information Technology General Controls, and relatedareas.)
- Evaluateand recommend enhancements to improveoperationalefficiency, IT governance maturity, and program scalability to support growth of theenterprise.
- Oversee reporting requirements and leadTechnology projects as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years’ experience in ITriskmanagement,IT controls, technology compliance, IT governance, ITSM/ITIL frameworks, and SSDLC practices
- Strong analyticaland time-managementskills Excellent organization and time managementskills
- Understanding oftechnology oversight frameworks and banking regulations for embedded banking and fintech environments
- Proven ability toinfluence diverse stakeholders,collaborate with teams,and partners
