Account Technology LeadJob Description Summary
The Account Technology Lead is responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of the technology services on a client account, including technology support and innovation, maintaining adherence to budgets, training and development plans, and providing employee feedback. The role also provides strategic and technical guidance for account team members and reviews project information to ensure technology delivery teams meet schedules and budgets. This role is typically assigned to and responsible for a single Global C&W client or multiple/portfolio of medium-sized APAC C&W client accounts.Job Description
About the Role:Provide the central point of Client Relationship Management for the C&W Technology Program on the client account, aligning with the account executive and client leadership.
Conduct technology operational oversight of the client technology applications, communications, reporting including key metrics and SLAs as required by the client MSA or C&W operating standards.
Serve as the primary C&W Technology contact for the client and account, managing communications for account-specific security & compliance activities with stakeholders in information security, compliance, network & engineering, asset, identity, and unified communications management.
About You:
Experience with Real Estate applications such as FAMIS360, Corrigo, Oracle E1, Yardi Systems, Clarizen / Procore, Costar REM, and BI tools like MS Power BI, Tableau.
Good understanding of Azure cloud, services architecture, SOX, SOC1/SOC2 compliance principles.
Experience managing enterprise-grade Windows and web-based applications using Microsoft technologies; SharePoint, Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, MS SQL Server, and other web technologies including JavaScript, JSON, and Web Services.
Extensive experience managing customer expectations and communicating with senior and executive management, including strong financial acumen. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and transforming large projects from traditional waterfall to Agile.
