Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Technology Category Manager to lead sourcing strategies across AI, cloud, and SaaS technologies. You will partner with senior technology, finance, and business leaders to evaluate vendors, manage complex technology spend, and influence strategic decisions across the organization.

The role requires working in the office Monday-Thursday with the option to work from home on Fridays, offering a hybrid work arrangement.

As a Technology Category Manager, at Capital Group, you will lead sourcing strategies across AI, cloud, and software-as-a-service technologies. This highly visible role will partner with senior technology, finance, and business leaders to evaluate vendors, manage complex technology spend, and influence strategic decisions across the organization.

Please note, this role does require you to work in office Monday-Thursday with the flexibility to work from home on Friday

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $136,749-$218,798Southern California Base Salary Range: $159,354-$254,966

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
