Job summary
AT&T in Dallas, Texas seeks an AVP-Technology leader to direct large IT teams and drive strategic transformation initiatives. You will shape operating models, governance, and roadmaps to align with enterprise goals, oversee budgets, and partner across Technology, Product, Digital, Data, Architecture, and Operations to accelerate AI delivery.

Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation projects across multiple IT domains.
- Ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong strategic planning, governance, and portfolio management expertise.
- Experience turning enterprise objectives into actionable roadmaps and operating models.
Responsibilities
- Leads teams, supervising supervisors and senior staff, across IT sub-families.
- Oversees lifecycle management and delivery of large-scale applications.
- Coordinates with vendors, consultants and internal resources for projects.
- Defines strategic direction, roadmaps, budgets and performance reporting.
- Drives Customer Contact Transformation and AI-enabled experiences at scale.
