Job summary

Goldman Sachs Internal Audit is seeking a Technology Auditor to assess application controls, data quality, and change management across the firm's technology landscape. You will review IT processes, analyze risk, and test design and operating effectiveness of controls while documenting findings and communicating results to local and global management.

The role requires 3–6 years of technology auditing experience, strong data analysis skills (Excel/SQL), and excellent written and verbal

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a technology auditor covering IT applications and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of software development concepts and system architecture.
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure, databases, operating systems and messaging.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or SQL.
• Must be highly motivated with strong analytical skills, willing and able to learn new business and system processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Audit execution focusing on the review of Technology processes and analyzing the risks involved.
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of the controls implemented to mitigate the risk.
• Document assessments and testing conducted and discuss results with local and global management.
• Monitor and follow up with management on the resolution of open audit findings.
