Job summary

Goldman Sachs Internal Audit is seeking a Technology Auditor to independently assess the firm's overall control environment across governance, risk management and IT controls. You will support assurance around data integrity, applications stability, and system operations used for portfolio construction and regulatory reporting.

You'll work with a global, cross-functional team on IT control design, perform tests, document findings, and help track remediation while interacting with technology

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of experience in technology audit within Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and databases, operating systems and messaging.
• Proven ability to test automated IT application controls and document results.

Responsibilities

• Assist/Lead risk assessment, scoping and planning of reviews.
• Assist/Lead in executing reviews focusing on IT controls and business processes.
• Analyze design of controls around system architecture and perform tests, including data analysis and code inspection.
• Document test results in the IA repository and track remediation of risks.
• Vetting audit observations and coordinating with global audit teams.
