Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior Architect for the Healthcare unit in Hartford, CT. You will lead end-to-end architecture design, drive microservices, and ensure non-functional requirements like scalability and security are met across projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Three years of progressive experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Willingness to relocate and/or travel to work/project location.
  • Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; no visa sponsorship provided.

  • Develop project timelines and proactively address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
  • Act as liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating regular meetings and milestone reviews.
  • Support the SDLC processes and ensure all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications.
  • Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
  • Contribute to project budgets and ensure alignment with scope and deliverables.
  • Identify scope changes and new client requests; support effort estimation and approvals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
  • Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications.
  • Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
  • Contribute to the creation of project budgets that align with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables.
  • Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign‑offs.

  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
Required Skills and Experience
Architecture & Design
  • End‑to‑end architecture design.
  • Microservices, distributed systems, event‑driven architecture.
  • NFRs: scalability, performance, resilience, security.
Technology Skills
  • AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
  • Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Awareness of SPA frameworks like Angular or React or similar.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, etc.
AI‑Augmented Development
  • GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code.
  • AI‑based coding, refactoring, testing.
  • Awareness of Agentic and RAG based architecture patterns with Evals.
Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of one year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
