Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced architect to lead Java-based full‑stack design and cloud solutions for Financial Services. You will drive architecture discussions, select optimal technologies, and guide integration strategies across banking, wealth management, and insurance projects.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensure performance and security, and contribute to build/deploy automation while documenting architectural standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Java technologies and full stack design.
• Angular and AWS core services experience.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide suggestions on solution architecture and drive design creation.
• Identify suitable technologies and perform a market-driven comparative analysis for optimal architectural options.
• Develop integration strategies based on proof-of-concept validations.
• Facilitate smooth transition with knowledge transfer and quality standards adherence.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues during build, deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation.
• Identify suitable technologies and tools available in the market, and perform a comparative analysis in line with client's business requirement, thereby identifying optimal architectural solution options.
• Participate in developing integration strategies based on validation of proof of concept of proposed architectural solutions.
• Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to the build and deployment automation strategy.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and roll‑out methods, during build, deployment and support phases.
• Analyze system performance basis architectural solutions implemented and support in identifying potential risks in the system landscape.
• Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository.

• Experience in Java technologies.
• Experience in Java Full stack design and architecture.
• Experience in Angular.
• Experience in AWS core services.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Experience in advising matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams.
• Agile Project Management Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.
• Experience in SQL.

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
