What is the opportunity?

The position comprises of one on one coaching calls; Webex presentations with individuals and groups; travel to Private Client Group (PCG) branch offices for training; and presenting/or supporting at various PCG National and Complex events.

As part of a broader organization, the Technology Training team partners in several functional areas such as PCG, IT, Operations, Information Security, and Compliance. Members of the department participate in additional cross-functional teams for projects and campaigns.

What will you do?

  • Provide personalized training, coaching, and support to advisors and their teams related to business and technology initiatives
  • Provide subject matter expertise in a broad range of systems, processes, programs, tools, and products
  • Coordinate and deliver outbound National and Target training classes and events
  • Develop and maintain training scripts, presentations, and materials, as needed
  • Travel to branch offices to provide onsite coaching and training (both one-on-one and group)
  • Participate on cross-functional teams during projects, campaigns and firm initiatives

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time
  • A four-year degree or relevant industry experience
  • Advanced proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications

Nice-to-have

  • Presentation/Public Speaking experience
  • Experience hosting webinars via Webex, or a similar tool
  • Two years’ experience in a financial services institution
  • Two years’ experience in a business or technology training/support role
  • Series 7/66

The expected salary range for this particular position in Minneapolis, MN is $50,000-$85,000; for Seal Beach or San Francisco, CA is $65,000-$105,000; and for Chicago, IL or Seattle, WA is $55,000-$94,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
