Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum and show evidence of preparation.
• Accommodate differences in student learning styles in instruction.
• Plan and use instructional strategies and materials reflecting students' needs and styles.
• Establish and maintain a positive learning environment adhering to student conduct policies.
• Communicate regularly with parents, students, and staff to support student growth.
• Supervise teacher aide(s) and volunteers as assigned and participate in faculty meetings.
