Job summary

Citi invites top technologists to join a 2-year Full Time Technology Analyst Program starting in July. You will rotate across teams, learn the Citi tech stack, and work on scalable software in an agile environment.

You will engage in training, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to next-generation digital banking, AI tools, and data-powered initiatives. This is a high-growth, globally oriented program.

Qualifications

• Graduation between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or related tech field.
• GPA of 3.0 or better preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills, with Agile experience desirable.
• Willingness to work across cultures and time zones.
• Pass technical interviews with algorithms.
• Authorized to work in US without sponsorship.

Your time here will look like this…

You will work in an agile software development environment, developing quality and scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies. Based on business requirements, you will develop code consistent with quality standards and offer support during testing cycles and post-production deployment. To ensure defect-free programming, you will use the appropriate tools to test and debug code and participate in the review of peer coding. You have additional support, too. You join a cohort of other new hires and go through training together to learn about our company, our tools and processes, and the technical skills you will need to succeed.

While technologies can vary slightly from team to team, some developers will have exposure within the following categories:

• Back-End Development: Java, Python, Spring Framework
• Front-End Development: Web (React, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5) and Mobile (Swift, Kotlin)
• Generative AI & AI Agents: GitHub Copilot with various models, Citi Squad (automated code reviews), Devin.AI (Agentic Code generation), Prompt Engineering, Workflow Design, GenAI Optimization, Stylus Workspaces (In-house Gemini)
• Data Analytics: Utilizing tools like Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics to track customer journey adoption and measure the business value of delivered products.

To join Citi, you should meet the following criteria:

• Graduation between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech related degrees.
• GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives on innovation and embraces challenges with enthusiasm, leveraging Generative AI to address complex business problems and create novel solutions.
• Possess a global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Have excellent communication skills, project management, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within diverse teams.
• Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises.
• Must be collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication skills. Prior experience working in agile teams is desirable.
• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
