Citi in Jacksonville, FL is offering a Full Time Technology Analyst Program starting in July. You will join a cohort of new hires in an agile software environment, learning Citi's tools, coding standards, and processes while rotating across teams to gain a broad skillset.

Graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027 with a tech degree is required, along with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile software development environment to deliver quality, scalable software solutions.

• Join a cohort of new hires and undergo training to learn Citi's tools and processes.
• Collaborate across teams to learn and contribute to multiple domains such as back-end, front-end, and data analytics.

Here at Citi, rotational programs are intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure to more than one team. Our rotational program will help you discover the best fit for your skills and long-term career goals at Citi.

Your time here will look like this...You will work in an agile software development environment, developing quality and scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies. Based on business requirements, you will develop code consistent with quality standards and offer support during testing cycles and post-production deployment. To ensure defect-free programming, you will use the appropriate tools to test and debug code and participate in the review of peer coding. You have additional support, too. You join a cohort of other new hires and go through training together to learn about our company, our tools and processes, and the technical skills you will need to succeed. While technologies can vary slightly from team to team, some developers will have exposure within the following categories:

• Back-End Development: Java, Python, Spring Framework


• Front-End Development: Web (React, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5) and Mobile (Swift, Kotlin)


• Generative AI & AI Agents: GitHub Copilot with various models, Citi Squad (automated code reviews), Devin.AI (Agentic Code generation), Prompt Engineering, Workflow Design, GenAI Optimization, Stylus Workspaces (In-house Gemini)


• Data Analytics: Utilizing tools like Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics to track customer journey adoption and measure the business value of delivered products.

To join Citi, you should meet the following criteria: Graduation between Dec 2026 and June 2027. Educational background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech related degrees. GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred. A proactive problem-solver who thrives on innovation and embraces challenges with enthusiasm, leveraging Generative AI to address complex business problems and create novel solutions. Possess a global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones. Have excellent communication skills, project management, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within diverse teams. Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises. Must be collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication skills. Prior experience working in agile teams is desirable. Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
