The role requires extensive ERP, finance governance, CPM, and data visualization expertise to advise clients on strategic improvements and technology enablement.

You will lead smaller projects autonomously, contribute to thought leadership, and mentor emerging leaders while collaborating with firm leaders on business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting/advisory or corporate role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or related field
• Proven talent for sustaining long-term client relationships
• Skilled at leading and developing teams and individuals
• Thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing work environment
• Able to travel as required based on client location

Responsibilities

• Use functional leadership and expertise to advise clients on strategic problems related to improving business processes, enabling technology, and aligning the operating model for growth in finance and operations
• Run smaller projects autonomously
• Lead market-facing practice development initiatives such as thought leadership and white papers
• Contribute to developing people leaders into future practice leaders
• Provide guidance and issue resolution support to teams across multiple engagements
• Partner with executive leaders to conduct business development activities

Who You Are

• Extensive experience and subject matter expertise in at least one of the following: Tier 1-3 ERPs, Finance Governance tools, CPM technologies, Supply Chain Management applications, or Data Visualization and Analysis solutions
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting/advisory or corporate role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or related field of study
• You have a proven talent for sustaining long-term client relationships
• You are skilled at leading and developing teams and individuals
• You thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environment
• You readily identify problems and instinctively look for solutions
• You believe that exceeding client expectations and having fun at work are mutually dependent
• You enjoy participating in internal and external company initiatives such as community service, training, recruiting, committees, conference panels, and firm events
• You have the ability and desire to travel as required based on client location

• Partner with the practice’s executive leaders to conduct business development activities

Compensation Range: $172K - $260K
